NJ Sobrepeña Apartments is a multi-family apartment complex located in Purok 2, Barangay 3, San Francisco, Agusan del Sur, Philippines . It offers apartment rental to individuals & families who, by nature of their work or lifestyle, do not intend to permanently own a home in one specific place. NJ Sobrepeña Apartments is registered with the Department of Trade and Industry as single proprietorship. It operates & complies with the requirements of the Local Government Unit, Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), & other government offices as apartment rental business.
